Like the app but would love the app even more if I could add prices for each product so when I need to restock , I have a quick ballpark of restocking costs

Lots of good features in basic and maybe a couple of good features in an upgrade, but subscribe for $16 a year? Nah.
AnyList can’t be beat for a simple, easy to use, yet mighty powerful grocery app. Then top that off with the meal planner and recipe database, and other cool features. I’ve just renewed my paid subscription for another year and can’t imagine how I managed before this. Our family now has a common way to track household tasks and packing lists for trips. We make one grocery list and then at the store turn on sharing - and divide up the list. You can actually see items being crossed off the list as we shop at different ends of the store. The developers Jason & Jeff are great at incorporating user feedback for future releases, and will surprise you with a quick and personable email reply. By far, my favourite app.
Used to love this app! Since the new upgrade, we are unable to sync the list anymore. I dont like to notification that comes up when the list is updated. It doesnt show anymore the item crossed off by the other person.
Previous version gets 5 stars. Latest upgrade gets 3. Used to be simple and intuitive. Now has more features than I want, more icons/commands. You guys are messing with perfection here. Please go the other direction and simplify.
Great functionality that used to be paired with a great simple UI. It still has all the syncing, favouriting and sharing features that have made it indispensable, but the last update complicates the interface and makes it much less friendly.
I used to love this app but sadly the recent updates have me searching for a new list app. The app is now way too cluttered and busy. I used to love how clean and simple the interface was. Small changes, like requiring an extra tap to add an item to a list, and changing the easy touch swipe off line to require tapping on a box to cross out an item are annoying.
I use this app everyday for everything. It has amazing capabilities for shopping lists but can go oh so much further than that!! I was using the app so much that I decided to purchase the full app so I could put photos in my grocery list but now I have the recipe options too that I never even knew I would want or use and I love it!!! Recent updates have made my favourite app even better!! More intuitive and functional than before. I use this app for my grocery list, tracking gifts from year to year (Christmas, etc.), "to do" lists, lists of links to websites, I even track my babys schedule of eat/sleep...and well, you know
If you want to add your own Recipes with Ingre. and make Menu plan / Shopping list, this App is almost the only App for this purpose! Ive tried 11 cook book apps and It is the best
This app used to have a beautiful clean intuitive interface, but the latest updates have made it both busier and to my eye, uglier. The latest update fixed nothing - the huge coloured category banners take over too much screen real estate, leaving your list harder to see at a glance. The old interface nailed ease of use. Not sure why it was changed except to change. Ive used a lot of grocery and other types of list apps and this one is still one on my home screen. It still syncs lists nicely between users. High points are Siri integration ("add carrots to my grocery list") and simple sharing of lists. Just wish I could go back to a previous version.
After using it for a couple of years, I finally came to my senses and upgraded to a paid subscription. This app proves its value every single time I go shopping or come across a great recipe online. My WATCH is feeling neglected, though — hint, hint. ;)
Last update is a lot better, great job.
It great! My wife and I use it all the time. Its shared between us, if I add something to the list or vice versa its immediately updated in the others phone. So who ever gets to a store first can pickup what we need. Great for busy working couples
I have tried LOTS of other grocery/shopping list apps and AnyList is hands-down the best. It has tons of intelligent features and yet still has a nice, clean interface. AnyList is especially amazing when sharing lists with your spouse... Just add items to a list and they sync to your spouses AnyList app on their iDevice. It makes shopping so much easier to manage and complete. And support from these folks has been great. The few times Ive emailed in with a questions Ive received prompt, friendly answers.
I emailed the developer about a question and received an answer within hours. They obviously care a great deal about Anylist and will continue to support them.
Of the thousands of apps this one is well thought out to be actually useful. Best list-making app Ive discovered.
Great app but I really miss the watch app. Tempted to switch to another app to have something to use on my watch
Latest update to version 5.0 is great! I love that I can click between Lists, Recipes & Meal Planning Calendar on the bottom bar. Im increasing my recipe library daily. AnyList has the most supportive and prompt developers that are always addressing members concerns quickly. I asked about importing recipes from a specific website and the next time I checked it was there! This is my most used app
I love this app. The developers are really responsive as well. The yearly subscription is well worth it for web access.
Great app and usable for anything you need to make a list for, not just groceries!
