I have used plenty of apps for lists and this has to be the best because of its ease of use and design. I highly recommend it to any and everyone.

We use this app for ALL of our lists. It is by far the best list app in the store. The ability to share a list is invaluable. I use this ape every day! Thankyou to the developers for thinking of everything.

The previous list app I used didnt issue any updates - ever - but this list is constantly improving.

Our family uses AnyList daily. It is so convenient to have one person edit/update a list and have it change for everyone in real time. Love that we can search and import recipes directly from web sites - no typing involved. Absolutely a time saver all around. Also appreciate the customer service. Any time I have a question, I always get a personalized response within 24 hours. Easily 5 stars.

There are four members in my household. This app allows everyone to add any items to the shared list so anyone that goes to the store can pull up the shared list and buy just what is needed. As soon as you purchase it is crossed off and everyone knows that it was bought.

The latest update crashed for me on launch but is fine after rebooting. This one cuts through all the fluff and really performs, especially by giving you a lot of organizational options, which I find lacking in the expensive apps Ive looked at. Ive found it very stable, flexible, and easy to use. The new features in this update are useful and dont get in the way. The developers are very engaged and responsive. I like this app so much that I paid for a year’s subscription just to support the developers.

Ive used so many task / to do list apps, but nothing is quite as good as this one. The best aspect of this app is how well thought out and convenient it is. For example, you can set it to prevent your phone from going to sleep when using the app, as well as set it in a portrait mode while you shop. Convenient way to organize shopping list by category and easily add photos of the product. Multiple lists, aesthetic feel and fun to use. Share it with your family and it syncs. Very well done.

After downloading and then deleting many list apps I finally came across this one. The user interface, ease of use and the options are great. I use this app many times a day in my business.

I love this app, and each update gets better and better. Great customer service, these guys are on it. I use this app every day, it is so handy.

The ability to share lists among friends and family is what makes this app great. Ever forget one of the three things you were supposed to grab at the store? Want to tell the person going to the store to pick up that one other item? Just check the list and its instantly updated! Saved me a lot of headaches and wasted time!

Works great! Smooth, intuitive, I loads fast! The free version is great but the paid version is even better! I love the ability to add item photos and the meal planner, best "list" app I have ever used, well done! I would also like to note that its fantastic how the developers listen carefully to feed back emails and are constantly improving the app!

AnyList is replacing all the grocery apps that Ive tried and possibly my packing list app and meal planning apps. This is the meal planning to grocery shopping multi-tool. I was very favorably impressed with their initial instructions to new users. There were help screens at every step should they be needed. It seems like every new user question has been anticipated from the start. I love the app and the way it works. User experience weighed heavily on the developers, apparently. It is simple but does fairly complicated things that list apps should do and some things that other list apps havent even considered. I cant imagine what might be planned for enhancement, but this is a terrific app right now. I have not had any crashes or glitches. The only thing I missed was the ability to toggle the list to prepare or shop mode. The grocery app I have been using had this and I was used to having all my regular items on the list and then just toggle them on or off if I needed them. I was pleased to finally learn that AnyList has the same functionality only the items were crossed off if I didnt need them and I could exclude them from my list while shopping. I cant say enough about the recipe inclusion piece that makes importing recipe ingredients from the web easy (or you can add your own recipes manually) and then automatically add some or all of the recipe ingredients to your grocery list (tagged with recipe name and amount needed). The addition of a meal planning calendar is an incredibly thoughtful addition to this robust app should you see fit to use it. So far I have imported more than a few recipes from the web and created shopping lists for groceries and hardware items, a packing list for a trip to the beach, and a gift list. All were easy to set up and use.

This app is the best! I would rate the recipe import function five stars all by itself, but there is so much more. The ability to add a picture of the item is nice and the shared list function is super helpful. The only downside to this app is no Apple Watch app yet. When I contacted the developer, they replied in an amazingly short period of time and stated they were working on an app for the watch. The fee for the complete version is well worth your money!!!

I have a lot of apps and I stop using a lot of them after about 2 weeks. Not this app, I use it everyday! It syncs across multiple devices very easily and it the design is something that blows me away. I have a shared grocery list with my wife. If I add something she gets it in her list. If she adds something I get it in my list. I just started using the meal planner and making dinner is so much easier. I dont come home and then try and figure out what I can make for dinner, its already been planned. Also I share all my recipes with my family. Importing recipes is a breeze too!

The app was great. Then they updated it. We use it mostly as a grocery list that syncs between phones. Often, we put notes on the items, like amount or brand of item to be purchased. You used to be able to click below the item to add a note. One touch. Simple. Now you have to click for it to open a pop-up and you have to click done and then add a new item. So weve added two extra steps, from one to three steps. Very inefficient.

Best list app. Paid for the premium features. No regrets. Love the ability to add items using Siri. My wife likes the meal planning feature.

The team keeps rolling out improvements to the app, improvements that often I had wished for just the week before. I like the ability to edit and rearrange categories, the way they automatically categories many items, and the fact that you can share lists. Only thing the free version cant do that I wish it could is allow you to edit your lists on a computer.

Very nice list app but launch is still very slow. After many updates still extremely slow to launch. One star less now. An app this relatively simple should snap open.

Used to use another grocery app, but tried this on a whim. No going back!
